Heart shaped Army sweetheart locket in the center with cutout "America First" text in a circle. Possibly a one of a kind custom piece. Some wear and a few spots of discoloration, but overall decent shape. This one came out of my collection, I'm thinning out a few of the unique "wow" pieces and this is one of them
