It does appear to be older, either war time or very early post war production. The maker is falkenruf, size 48 so about a US 38. The chest actually measures a little over 40". Workes for under eye bags fast. Very sticky and will definitely stay in place. For me I feel they are a bit too sticky so I reccomend putting on a moisturizer prior to use. The only gripe I had with them is that there is some product left behind after removal which pills when you go to apply a moisturizer or another product. Other than that they are great for the price. I would buy them again.
